How Retainers Work

Every retainer starts with a proper onboarding. We will have an initial session to map your business, understand your priorities, and agree what good support actually looks like for you.

From there, we build a rhythm that works.

A retainer with Alma Cara Studio typically includes:

  • A defined number of hours per month, agreed in advance
  • Regular strategy sessions (at a cadence to suit you; weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
  • Ongoing access via email between sessions
  • A monthly review of priorities, progress, and what's coming next
  • Documented outputs from any working sessions so that you have access to everything at all times

Retainer pricing is based on scope and hours. Get in touch and we can build something that fits.
