I've been where you are. I've spent the last 15 years working inside growing businesses (my own and others) leading operations, scaling teams, and navigating the complexity that comes with success.

I'm naturally drawn to how things work beneath the surface. The systems, the decisions, the small details that shape how a business runs day to day that can have a huge impact on how it feels to run it and importantly, also how it feels to access the service or product from a customer's point of view.
