Design thinking for businesses that put people first.

I'm Jade, an operational strategist and UX designer who helps founders identify what's creating friction, fix the systems underneath, and build experiences that actually serve the people using them.

Soulful Strategy. Human Logic. Beautiful Design.

A partner who understands how businesses really run

I've been where you are. I've spent the last 15 years working inside growing businesses (my own and others) leading operations, scaling teams, and navigating the complexity that comes with success.

I'm naturally drawn to how things work beneath the surface. The systems, the decisions, the small details that shape how a business runs day to day that can have a huge impact on how it feels to run it and importantly, also how it feels to access the service or product from a customer's point of view.

Now, through a UX-led approach, I help businesses untangle that complexity, uncovering the root issues and reshaping them into systems that are simpler, smarter, and built to last.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You might be here because...

Post Growth

You've grown quickly and things are starting to feel stretched.

You've built something real. But behind the scenes it's feeling reactive and you're carrying too much of the weight yourself. What worked before isn't working now. Systems are patchworked, processes inconsistent. This is the moment to regroup and rebuild with intention.

Let's Explore This
A Spark

You have an idea that won't leave you alone.

It's been living in your head for a while now. It's half formed, full of potential, and slightly terrifying when you get too close to it. You're not sure if it's ready. You're not sure you're ready. But the idea keeps coming back.

Let's Dig Into It

Let's figure out what's really going on

Sometimes it helps to step back and look at things from a different perspective.

Whether you're refining how your business operates, improving the experience you offer, or thinking about what comes next, a conversation is often the best place to begin. It's a chance to explore ideas, share context, and start to see where small shifts could make a meaningful difference. I would love to hear a little more about what you are tackling right now. Let's chat.
