Please let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase as soon as possible via email (almacarastudio@gmail.com) and we will endeavour to support your issue as best we can.
Our store is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the product for refund and the item purchased must be returned in its original sale condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Items returned after the 30 day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
